Everything we think and say creates our future.

Thoughts and words become materialized in experiences that build your own life.
1.- Become aware of your thoughts and your affirmations: Begin to keep in mind that every time you think a thought and say a word you are literally painting your future, you are creating your own life. It's simple but it's not easy to accept. But when you accept it, you can deliberately create what you want in your life, just as you become aware of what you don't want in your life and how you contribute to it. Most of us think and think without paying attention to what we think. What we do without further ado must be trained, trained to be aware of what one thinks.
Ask yourself frequently; I'm thinking? How does this thought create my life? Do I want this thought to create my life? It takes time to develop it, but if we turn it into a habit, small changes begin to occur quickly.
2.- Make positive affirmations: If we begin to make positive affirmations, positive phrases about your life, deliberately and at any time, writing it or saying it in front of the mirror, looking into your eyes and accepting ourselves. You will even notice how you reject yourself when you say something good about yourself. It's a gradual way to start, looking at yourself in the mirror in the morning and saying to yourself: "I love you, I really love you." At first it's hard because you think about your flaws, but starting the day like this is super powerful and effective and things will happen that you don't expect. At first it's not real but you hope it is, it's like planting a seed that isn't really a plant, yet. Or plant three just in case. And you don't dig them up the next day to see what happens, but rather you trust that they will germinate because you know there is a process.
3.- You deserve good things: If you are not convinced that you deserve good things, as happens to many people, things will take a while to arrive. If we make affirmations of prosperity and see that it does not work, ask yourself how many poverty statements you make against each day. Ideas cannot be changed without knowing what they are. A good exercise is to write down what we think about men, women, money... any topic and write down everything that comes to mind, even if it is not pleasant, and see how many are positive and how many are not. If you manage to turn the negatives around and turn them into positives in many aspects of life and know the Law of thought. If you learn how it works, miracles will appear.
4.- Love yourself: You don't love yourself, you have no self-esteem, most people think that they don't measure up, that they are not good enough, that they will never do things well and that they don't deserve love. On this basis it is difficult to create favorable conditions. People complain about specific problems but if people help themselves to love themselves, to accept themselves, there will be no need to work with their problems because the bad things will fade away.
