What you never imagined is the best resource and you have it within you, use it... breathe.

The potential of something as simple as... breathe will seem incredible. When it's impossible for you to maintain your composure another minute. Connect with yourself and become aware of what keeps us alive, the oxygen that feeds us. That oxygen that we block and that at the same time suffocates us. When feelings of despair overcome you. Most importantly, do it deeply and slowly. Because we forget what is primary, what makes us stronger and relocates our center with great force. And transcend it, teach it to your children, make them connect and get out of their loop. Divert the neurons responsible for responding impulsively in stressful situations and... breathe. Because if you are not able to breathe, that is exactly the ideal moment when you need to do it, to give yourself that minute you need to consciously think about what is happening... breathe. Listen to yourself. See what happens inside you. Make it a habit. Breathe. Signature-2
