Life sends you lightning and storms, so that you wake up.

«Life disappoints you so that you stop living on illusions and see reality. Life destroys everything superfluous, until only what is important remains. It doesn't leave you alone, so that you stop fighting, and accept everything that is. It takes away what you have, until you stop complaining and are grateful. Life sends you conflictive people so that you can heal and stop reflecting on the outside what you have inside.
Text adapted by Cristina Oroz Bajo from Bert Hellinger, considered a key figure in the current psychotherapeutic world. German pedagogue, theologian and spiritualist known for being the creator of family constellations, a pseudoscientific therapy that postulates that the members of a family mutually influence each other's health and behavior. It teaches courses aimed at training “constellators”.
